2 bedrooms available in 5 bedroom house in Ashley Down, City of Bristol for sale

Hi Guys, We are two guys (26 and 30) and one girl (25), looking for 2 new housemates to join us to share our 5 bedroom house on Ashley Down Rd. The house is very spacious and fully furnished. It's got a large open space kitchen joined with the dining area, separate lounge, 2 communal bathrooms and a small garden. We've got two rooms are available. One is a good size double for £410 and other is a double in the attic with an on-suite bathroom and a study area for £460 per month (this does not include bills, we expect those to be £50-70 a month depending on a season). Both rooms are available from 1st August. We are looking to create a social house with a working during the week and a party or chilled out vibe at the weekend. We want to live with someone who works during the weeks, is pretty chilled out and who is pretty tidy most of the time but is not afraid of some mess and glitter. (Professionals preferred) About us, we are into badminton, climbing, going to the gym, music, going to the pub and the occasional roast dinner.
